Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is seeking to a hire a Per Diem Pediatrician to join a busy pediatrician practice in Castro Valley, CA.
Founded in 2005, Sutter East Bay Medical Group (SEBMG) is a rapidly growing multi-specialty medical group whose physicians and advanced practice clinicians work in more than ten care centers and four hospitals in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Sutter East Bay Medical Group is affiliated with the Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation (SEBMF), a not-for-profit health care organization providing operational and administrative support to our medical group. The foundation provides the latest technology and clinical support, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. SEBMG includes 400+ clinicians in more than twenty specialties and is dedicated to providing exemplary health care to the communities we serve.
- Join our dynamic pediatric team in Castro Valley, which is part of a robust and established Pediatric department spanning over 20 clinicians across the Bay Area.
- Our care center offices are conveniently located in Orinda, Brentwood, Antioch, Albany, Berkeley, and Oakland, ensuring accessibility for our diverse patient population.
- Collaboration is key! We have strong partnerships with our Sutter OB/GYN, Family Practice, and Internal Medicine departments, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Enjoy comprehensive support while working, including assistance from other clinicians, dedicated medical assistants (MA), licensed vocational nurses (LVN), registered nurses (RN), in-basket support, advice nurses, and any additional clinical support required.

Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics is required.
- While 2-3 years of pediatric experience and experience in building pediatric practices are preferred, they are not mandatory.
- Primary care experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering strong patient relationships and collaborating effectively with our multidisciplinary team.
