Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Urgent Care (Los Gatos, CA)

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a per diem, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Urgent Care

Location: Los Gatos, CA

Requirements:

• 6 months related clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s (for Nurse Practitioners only) 
• Active DEA registration

Preferred:

• 1 year related clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
