Location: Los Gatos, CA

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 6 months related clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
  • Current California State NP or PA License
  • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
  • Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s (for Nurse Practitioners only) 
  • Active DEA registration

Preferred:

  • 1 year related clinical experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care
