Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) seeks a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urogynecology Team in San Francisco.
· Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care.
· Conduct detailed histories and pelvic examinations to evaluate urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, and related conditions.
· Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans including behavioral therapy, medication management, pessary fitting, and perioperative care coordination.
· Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals, and participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.
Requirements
· Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program (Master’s or Doctoral degree required).
· Active California PA or NP license with national board certification (PA-C, FNP, WHNP, or Adult-Gerontology).
· BLS certification; NP furnishing number required as applicable.
· 3–5 years of experience in women’s health, gynecology, urology, or related specialty preferred.
· Strong clinical assessment skills and experience with pelvic floor disorders or procedural care preferred.
