Opportunity Information

  • Maintain strong working relationships with the CEO, CME, CNE etc…of hospital leadership
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the President/CEO, etc… of SMG (and SMF)
  • Work collaboratively & drive collaboration for the common good with colleagues, department chairs, case managers, specialists, etc…
  • Supervision and evaluation of APC’s and hospitalists. To include but not limited to recognition, education, training, coaching, progressive discipline, etc…
  • Policies and Procedures: develop, review, update, enact and hold accountable to
  • Approve schedules
  • Budget awareness and request approval for purchases from partners is SMF/SMG/Hospital
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
  • Utilization Management
  • Quality Metric accountability and best practice improvement
  • Patient Satisfaction
  • Meetings/Committee: attendance, accountability to attendance/participation by hospitalists
  • Direct patient care

Qualifications

BE/BC 

CA Medical License
