Requirements

  • Experience in Sleep Medicine preferred but not required
  • Current California State NP License
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
  • Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
  • Active DEA registration
